Because of the timeliness involved in E-Z Data receiving and researching information from DST Fan Mail concerning CUSIP changes related to VA data, mutual fund data and mutual fund mergers you are now required by
E-Z Data to receive the DST FAN Mail advisory notices directly to your e-mail. These FAN Mail generated advisory notices will not only keep you informed concerning timely issues like CUSIP changes but also information such as: new fund companies and VAs being added to FAN Mail, new MFs or sub-account products being added to existing companies, or delays in FAN Mail service. Send an e-mail with the subject line of Advisory Notice Request to FANMail@dstsystems.com. and provide the following information: FAN Mail ID, e-mail address for the primary contact, and the phone number where you may be reached during business hours. You should also make sure that DST has updated information concerning your current address, phone numbers, email address, B,D, etc.

You are also required by E-Z Data to check the DST Support area of the www.ez-data.com web site on a timely basis for information concerning some of these DST FAN Mail advisory notices such as CUSIP changes. Information found in the DST Support area will include any documents and steps necessary to be reviewed or taken on your part. Information concerning certain FAN Mail advisory notices currently being sent to you via fax by E-Z Data is always posted on the www.ez-data.com web site. Faxing out these notices by E-Z Data will be discontinued in the near future.
