first notification was sent on September 15, and did not include their
intentions to update CUSIP information. Due to the conversion, CUSIPs and

will be transmitted immediately upon receipt; at this time, FAN Mail is
uncertain of this date.

American Skandia Advisor Funds (DFR/AS) changes - Revised Notice
DST FAN Mail sent an Advisory Notice on March 18th concerning the upcoming
American Skandia Advisor Funds changes. FAN Mail has received the
additional details below:
On May 1, 2003 Prudential Financial, Inc. finalized its acquisition of
American Skandia, Inc. As a result of this transaction, Prudential will be
integrating the American Skandia Advisor Funds (DFR/AS) into Prudential
Investment's Strategic Partners fund family on Monday, April 12, 2004.
American Skandia mutual fund information will come through FAN Mail under
two different management company names. American Skandia Qualified Plan
information (Simple IRAs and ASQPLink Products) will continue to be
delivered through FAN Mail under the existing system/management code of
DFR/AS. All other American Skandia Advisor Funds information will be sent
under a new system/management code of SKA/ND with a new management company
name of Strategic Partners/JennisonDryden Funds. The last complete set of
files for American Skandia Advisors Funds (DFR/AS) will come through on
Thursday, April 8, 2004 (data from nightly activity of April 7, 2004) .
American Skandia Qualified Plan information (Simple IRAs and ASQPLink
Products) will continue to be delivered through FAN Mail under the
current system/management code of DFR/AS after April 8, 2004. There
will be CUSIP and Fund Name changes within DFR/AS that will impact the
accounts that are staying, along with 23 additional funds being added.
There will be no Fund Number or Account Number changes on these
accounts. A spreadsheet containing the details of the changes within
DFR/AS is attached below.

The balance of the American Skandia mutual fund data will be delivered
under the new management company, Strategic Partners/JennisonDryden
Funds (SKA/ND). All of the existing CUSIPs, Fund Numbers, and Fund

will be changing, however the Account Numbers will stay the same. A
spreadsheet containing the details of the changes impacting accounts
moving to SKA/ND is attached below.

As a general rule, Account Numbers will not be changing as part of this

received a listing of the accounts that will be changing, and will make
our best efforts to notify each Independent Professional that is
impacted.
There will not be any merger-related transactions coming through DST FAN
Mail as a result of this conversion. DST FAN Mail will not receive a
merge-out transaction from DFR/AS or a merge-in transaction from SKA/ND.

AIM FUNDS (AMV/AM)
Today, DST FAN Mail was notified of CUSIP changes for AIM Funds (AMV/AM)
that will be effective January 12, 2004. There will be no changes to the
Fund Codes or Fund Names. There will be transaction activity done to
facilitate the mergers. The attached spreadsheet details these changes.
