All account numbers will change. A preceding zero will be added to the beginning of the existing account number.
Example - 0000012345 will convert to 00000012345. All account numbers will be 11 numeric characters. Fund Code and CUSIP number will change. See attached spreadsheet for
details.

Hines REIT will continue to follow the FAN Mail REIT specific layouts with regards to Non-Publicly traded Reit's, with the exception of the delivery of an Account Position File (APR, File Type 03) in conjunction with Financial Activity occurrences. This will no longer be provided.

No transactions or other file types will be processed by Hines REIT for the trade date of May 16, 2008. They will be processed by DST on May 19, 2008 and delivered within the Direct Financial Activity (DFA, File Type 02).

All current FAN Mail Users will receive new Account Position (APR, File Type 03) and Account Master Position (AMP, File Type 09) files from the nightly processing of May 19, 2008.
Currently, Hines REIT reports unit amounts to a fourth decimal position.

Ebix CRM Comments: According to the above notice Allstate stripped off a leading zero from some of their account numbers during the Allstate Legacy VA conversion (SEZ/ST).

This means neither CDS for Windows nor SmartOffice will find a match on these existing accounts (a zero is treated the same as any other number). Users will have to correct the account numbers (delete the leading zero) and reprocess the data.

If a new (duplicate) account was created users should delete it and do the above step.

Oppenheimer 529 Plans Conversion and Name Change

Currently, Oppenheimer has three 529 Plan interfaces with DST; Oppenheimer 529 Plan Illinois (OPP/ED), Oppenheimer 529 Plan New Mexico (OPP/NM), and Oppenheimer 529 Plan Texas (OPP/TX). Oppenheimer will consolidate these companies into a single, existing FAN Mail feed on April 18, 2008.

Oppenheimer 529 Plan Illinois will be renamed Oppenheimer 529 Plans, and use the same system and management code of (OPP/ED).

Also on April 18th, both the Oppenheimer 529 Plan New Mexico (OPP/NM) and Oppenheimer 529 Plan Texas (OPP/TX) will merge into Oppenheimer 529 Plans (OPP/ED). Oppenheimer will not be transmitting any 'merge' transactions, but will provide Account Position (03) and Account Master Position (09) files in their April 18th nightly transmission. Account Numbers, CUSIPs and Fund Codes will all remain the same. Details are referenced in the spreadsheet below.

Allstate Legacy VA (SEZST) has confirmed that there was a problem with some file data not being sent with proper CUSIPs. The Direct Financial Activity (DFA) and Price files (FPR) contained proper CUSIPs while the New Account Activity (NAA), Account Master Position (AMP) and Account Position (APR) files were sent with incorrect CUSIPs. New files for the Account Master Position (AMP) and Account Position (APR) will be sent over later today, which will refresh all users data.

The four current Allstate companies, Allstate Variable Annuity (ETATS), Lincoln Benefit Life (ALNBE), Putnam Allstate Advisor (STEAL) and Putnam Allstate NY (NYCAL) will be converting their Variable Annuity policies into a single FAN Mail feed on April 7, 2008. The new Management Company will be called Allstate Legacy VA, with a system and management code of (SEZST). The four existing Allstate companies will only transmit Fixed Annuity contracts. Allstate Legacy VA will not be transmitting any 'merge' transactions, but will provide Account Position (03) files in the April 7th
nightly transmission. There will be changes to System/Mgmt codes only. Contracts Numbers, CUSIP and Product Codes will all remain the same. Details are referenced in the spreadsheet below.

All account numbers will change. The first two characters will be
removed and replaced with one leading zero at the beginning of the existing account number. Example - 521000123456 will convert to 01000123456. All account numbers will be 11 numeric characters. All Fund Codes are changing and only one CUSIP number will change. See attached spreadsheet for details. All current FAN Mail Users will receive new Account Position (APR, File Type 03) and Account Master Position (AMP, File Type 09) files from the nightly processing of March 17, 2008. Currently, CNL (REIT) reports unit amounts to a fourth decimal position. Going forward, they will report to a third decimal place for positions and transaction activity. At the time of the conversion, the Account Position unit amount will be rounded to the third decimal place.
