| The Data Mining course provides in-depth training on Client Data System tools that can be used to research, organize, and report on data captured in CDS. The concepts taught in this course will help you mine your valuable data to increase sales and customer service effectiveness. |

| Upon completion of the Data Mining course, you will be able to: |

- Mine your database for contacts, policies, positions, activities, etc. using criteria you define
- Build and save filters that can be used in a variety of ways
- Create sets of contacts that can be used to create mass activities and send mass mailings
- Understand what makes a report “dynamic” and create your own Dynamic Reports to take custom snapshots of the data captured in your
database
