Provide Electronic Ordering of Paramedical Exams
New capability provides online,
direct access to services and order status
PASADENA, CA, September 14, 2008 –

online ordering and direct access to services
and order statuses from Superior Mobile Medics
through E-Z Data’s SmartOffice®
Service Provider Interface. The new capability
can significantly increase the efficiency and
productivity of new business processing. The
announcement was made at E-Z Data’s annual
Client Partner Conference for Brokerage General
Agencies.
Using the SmartOffice Service Provider Interface,
brokerage general agencies can order exams right from
the SmartOffice desktop. Once exams are ordered, the
provider is alerted to begin processing the order
immediately. Status updates are received through the
user’s SmartOffice program, saving time and making it
easy to manage individual applications and accelerate
the processing of underwriting requirements. Available
to SmartOffice users at no additional cost, the
interface eliminates the time-consuming process of
ordering services manually and chasing after the status
of individual requirements.
