concluded its thirteenth annual Client Partner
Conference at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas on
Friday, March 6.
With more than 50 organizations in attendance,
including E-Z Data clients and integration partners, the
three-day event served as a forum for users of E-Z
Data’s SmartOffice®
solution to explore new innovations in wealth
management, share success stories and best practices,
collaborate face-to-face with the E-Z Data team, and
generate ideas that can be directly applied to their
financial services businesses.

Among the key topics at this year’s event was the
SmartOffice Development Platform, an API and scripting
tool that makes it easy for client companies and vendor

interface. The platform significantly reduces the time
and cost required to leverage contact data and build
valuable new capabilities such as workflow processes,
new business processing, data analysis/reporting, and
other application interfaces. More than a dozen vendors
demonstrated integrations built using the SmartOffice
Development Platform, and M Financial received E-Z
Data’s 2009 Client Innovation Award for their
forward-thinking approach to application integration
using the SmartOffice Development Platform.

SmartOffice clients joined panels and offered individual
case studies discussing their use of out-of-the-box
integration tools to expand wealth management
